Our goal is to consistently deliver quality products and services, exceeding client expectations. We accomplish this through considerable effort and expense into management and maintenance of our Quality Management System and the involvement of our employees, who support and uphold the Quality Management System and Policy. All personnel understand their requirements and abide by the contents of the Quality Manual. Carpentaria Contracting complies with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements. CC and CMS constantly monitor quality performance and implement improvements when appropriate. The CC and CMS Quality Management System is fully accredited to ISO 9001 and the Quality Policy is reviewed regularly, in order to ensure its continuing suitability.


There are several key elements to our Quality Policy which include but are not limited to the following:

  • We endeavour to consistently meet or exceed our clients’ expectations with regards to excellence in quality, timeliness and value for money.
  • Educate and train our people to continually improve their skills, awareness and knowledge to foster core values in quality excellence and practices.
  • Uphold regulatory compliance including ongoing review of statutory obligations, standards and codes of practice that apply to our business.
  • Maintain and monitor a culture that supports all of these objectives.
  • To establish annual quality objectives at strategic and operational levels within Carpentaria Contracting & Carpentaria Marine that will be measured and reported upon at the management review meeting.
